PROFESSIONAL SERVICES RELATED TO TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE FOR THE DEVELOPMENT AND MANAGEMENT OF HIGHWAYS IN INDIA
The objective of the project was to promote and develop institutional strengthening of the National Highway Authority of India in development, construction, management, administration, upgrading and maintenance of its highways. The Technical Assistant Services provided Institutional Strengthening of the National Highway Authority of India (NHAI) in upgrading of the Design Project report, developing a guideline framework for design of tunnels and peer review, identifying areas for improvement towards toll optimisation and identifying improvements to information management procedures for network asset management of highways and expressway.
