The proposed NSE Central Link (NSECL) and Kuala Lumpur International Airport Expressway is a dual three-lane carriageway expressway extending from the existing New Klang Valley Expressway near Shah Alam, and terminating at the KL-Seremban Expressway about 6km north of the existing Nilai Interchange in Negeri Sembilan State.

The length of the NSECL and KLIA Expressway is approximately 16km. The Project involved the construction of a number of interchanges along the route and also the construction of part of the KLIA Expressway leading to the proposed KL International Airport at Sepang, Selangor.

A closed toll system, fully integrated with the system operated by PLUS on the NSE has been in operation along the length of the expressway. HSS was engaged to carry out alignment design studies for the main expressway and interchanges.
