Our integrity is guided by our Group’s Code of Conduct and Code of Ethics, which clearly outlines the principles that we must follow that will help us make the right decisions when conducting business worldwide and promotes towards a corporate culture which engenders ethical conduct throughout the Company.

All forms of bribery and corruption are prohibited. HEB has zero-tolerance of bribery and corruption and our business conduct are in accordance with applicable anti-bribery laws and anti-corruption legislation where we operate.

HEB’s ethics & compliance framework is governed by the Group’s Code of Conduct as well as Code of Ethics, which is a major focal point and integral part of the company’s culture. It outlines the key elements of ethics and compliance best practices encompassing the tone at the top including the policies/procedures as well as training.

HEB is fully committed to conducting its business transparently, honestly and with integrity and this undertaking is formalized in its Anti-Bribery Policy endorsed by the Board of Directors. We have met the stringent requirements of this conduct and successfully attained the Anti-Bribery Management System Certification in 2020.
