A petrochemical plant to produce Phatalic Anhydvide and Maleic by Thirumalai Chemicals Ltd. Of India has joint venture with Yayasan Terengganu, Promet Berhad and Singapore Highpolymer Chemical Products Pte. Ltd. The plant is divided to 3 phases and upon commissioning the project in Malaysia, TCL will become one of the largest producers of Maleic Anhydvide in the world.
