SELAYANG MEDICAL CENTRE, GOMBAK, SELANGOR

Selayang Medical Centre is constructed on a 20 hectare site located in Gombak District Council. In line with the objectives of Vision 2020, Selayang Medical Central would be a referral center not only within Malaysia but also provide services for the region. It caters for 964 beds, with the provision for expansion to 1000 beds, and is medically equipped to international standards. Selayang Medical Centre is the first hospital in the country to be a ”paperless hospital”. Medical records of patients, X-Ray films, communication and maintenance records are computerised.
