STRUCTURAL CONDITIONAL SURVEY OF LIQUID BULK
TERMINAL
HSS undertook a conditional survey on four liquid bulk terminals to ascertain their structural condition. The objective was to establish the current structural condition of the berths, taking into account the full spectrum of design loading conditions. Evenfit Consult Sdn Bhd assisted HSS on this project. HSS’s work commenced with a desk study of existing drawings and other relevant records and planning and organisation of field-based investigations. The fieldwork included reconnaissance surveys and inspections of decks and piles. Following structural analysis applying the condition survey findings, reports were prepared for Westports.

Collate photographs and notes and prepare pictorial reports,

Prepare inventory cards,
Prepare Draft Final Report and Final Report,
Presentation to Westport.
