The 2.2 hectare mixed development by Titijaya Group at Brickfields near Tun Sambanthan Monorail Station comprises serviced apartments, shop offices, office suites and an office tower. HSS provided consultancy services for the design of the external infrastructure components including earthworks, roadworks, drainage, sewerage, water supply, a river bridge and mechanical/electrical works.
