PROJECT MANAGEMENT SERVICES FOR 5500 UNITS OF
HOUSES, BRUNEI
The project was to manage, implement and complete three housing developments in Belait, Muara and Tutung districts on a design and build basis under the National Housing Scheme. For the first development, HSS carried out the structural design review for 2000 units of houses at Kg. Pandan in Belait District. For the other two developments i.e. 4000 units (764 acres) of houses at Kg. Mentiri, Muara and 1500 units (314 acres) of houses (total of 1078 acres) at Bukit Beruang, Tutung. HSS managed the projects from the conceptual stage to construction and finally handing-over to BEDB. HSS was involved in the project management for pre-construction stage, construction stage as well as post construction stage.
