The proposed site is located in the vicinity in Taman Perling, Mukim Pulai, part of the Johor Bahru District under the field the authority of the Iskandar Puteri City Council (MBIP). PNB Commercial Sdn Bhd (The Client) intent to develop the Proposed Mix Development at Lot 27577 (5.14Acres) and Lot27576 (5.175 Acres). Phase 1 scope of works involves construction of new Retail Mall, Office Tower and Hotel Tower in Lot 27577 without demolishing the existing Perling Mall structure at Lot 27576. The Retail Mall consists of Retail shops, Food Courts, Fitness Centre, Gymnasium, Cinema, etc. Phase 2 scope of works involves demolition of the existing Perling mall at Lot 27576 and construction of new mall and hospital. HSS Integrated Sdn Bhd scope of works is limited to Phase 1 only.
