NEW HEALTHCARE FACILITY FOR IJN
IJN Holdings Sdn Bhd (IJN) intent to expand of the existing hospital at Lot 55 and Lot 56. The size of project site is about 5.5 acres and the total approximate built up area is 75,000 square metres. The overall development of the project has been planned to be completed within a duration of 4 years. The overall development is divided into three stages namely Demolition, Phase 1 and Phase 2.
The main objective of this development is to provide a new Private Wing which can accommodate 120 beds and new medical facilities with Premier Services for IJN to expand their healthcare services. The new expansion also aims to cater for IJN current and future needs, to become the beacon for state of the art healthcare facility and services and to provide a safe facility for patients experience, visitors and staff.

Pre Construction stage: Preliminary works co-ordination, Design Management (Architecture, Town Planning, Medical Planning, Civil & Structural, Mechanical & Electrical, Landscape, Quantity Surveyor, Façade, Interior Design, Traffic), Planning, Contracts management, Authority Submission monitoring, Tender management.
Construction stage: Authority Submission monitoring, Site management (Cost, Time and Quality)
Post Construction stage: Defects coordination with Contractor, Accounts closing.
