PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT OF SHAH ALAM CITY CENTRE (SELBOURNE SQUARE) PROJECT
The project covers an area of approximately 8.65 acres, and has in its vicinity a 400 room 28-storey luxury hotel, 26-storey government office block, 7-storey shopping complex, and a 24-storey and 17-storey office block.
We were appointed to provide engineering consultancy services for the structural assessment of the existing basement and detailed design of the above mentioned areas.
