BUKIT BINTANG CITY CENTRE (BBCC)
HSSI provides C&S and M&E Engineering Consultancy Services for the proposed Replanning of the Approved Master Plan of Bukit Bintang City Centre, Malaysia [BBCC] to facilitate the re-approval of Kebenaran Merancang. The project site is 19.4 acre ex-Pudu Jail land in the Mukim of Kuala Lumpur Federal Territory, Malaysia. The land is strategically located in KL City Centre that is within the Bukit Bintang Central Business District (CBD) as well as tourist district. Plot ratio for the development is 8. The development had obtained the conditional Kebenaran Merancang on 23rd March 2015 from Dewan Bandaraya Kuala Lumpur (DBKL). Due to establishment of cooperation between EcoWorld, UDA and EPF as a joint developer and to reflect the latest land development strategy, the previously approved master plan was revised.
