DANGA HEIGHTS DEVELOPMENT
The project involved the development of a commercial area of 277 acres of land at Gelang Patah, Pontian District, Johor. HSS prepared the concept design for the infrastructure master plan to support a planning approval submission. HSS’s scope also included reviewing the layout plan, the conceptual master plan and the geotechnical interpretation report. In so doing, HSS assisted the project architect and planner, DP Architect Sdn. Bhd. to incorporate special requirements in the design and to advise on local authority approval issues.

To advise on authority issues and requirements that may impact on the concept
Liaise with the authority having jurisdiction on the requirements
Coordinate with architect to prepare sketch proposal for approval
To prepare concept solution and design
Prepare budgetary estimates for the relevant works
To advise on current and projected trends in design and provision for technological change.
