Bandar Baru Kerteh Phase II extended the existing township development located at Kerteh, Terengganu. The mixed-use development includes shop-offices, residential units, shopping complexes, hotels and apartments. HSS prepared the overall development master plan and subsequently undertook the detailed engineering design work, traffic analysis, soil investigation and geotechnical evaluation, earthworks, road network, drainage, sewerage reticulation and treatment, water reticulation, external electrical works and external telephone services
