LUMUT PORT INDUSTRIAL PARK, MASTER PLAN DESIGN

The Lumut Port Industrial Park was the first Malaysian Industrial Port Park. The Park consisted of mix-Industrial development inclusive of port, light, medium, heavy and terrace factory shop lots. HSS provided the infrastructure master plan, liaison with the approving authorities and obtaining the approvals. Various master plans and studies were provided, including water supply, drainage, earthworks, road, traffic studies and geotechnical studies.
