Independent Consulting Engineer (ICE) for drawdown of loans from the Ministry of Finance (MOF).
HSSI scope as ICE includes Technical , Progress and Claim Evaluation and recommendation to FELCRA for their onward submission to MOF
The scope includes preparation of one(1) master report and nine(9) progress reports for the draw-down of loan
