GUTHRIE AEROSPACE PARK MASTER PLAN AND DESIGN

Guthrie Aerospace Park sits on a 57 hectare site in Bukit Jelutong Estate, near Subang Airport and Tentera Udara Diraja Malaysia, allowing easy access from the Subang Airport runway. The Aerospace Park, designed to encourage foreign investments, is divided into two types of development, namely airside and landside. HSS was responsible for formulating the master plan for infrastructure and utilities for both the airside and landside development including taxiways, hangars and aprons. HSS’s inputs covered geotechnical assessment and civil/structural and mechanical/electrical engineering.
