BUKIT SETIAWANGSA TEACHERS QUARTERS, MALAYSIA

The project involves constructing, on a design/build basis, 100 units of teachers quarters on a 2.03 hectare site at Bukit Setiawangsa in Kuala Lumpur. The buildings incorporate teachers’ quarters, Surau/Tadika, dewan, guard house, refuse chamber and a TNB substation. The Ministry of Education appointed HSS to provide the project management services for the duration of the project through to handover, covering all the siteworks and buildings.
