BANDAR SRI PERMAISURI, CHERAS, KUALA LUMPUR

This was KL’s first integrated cyber residential and commercial hub, which is centrally located along the Multimedia Super Corridor (MSC) from the City Centre to Putrajaya in Sepang. The turnkey contractor and project manager was PPC Glomac Sdn Bhd. The services provided by HSS included master plan, hydrological and hydrographical surveys, soil surveys, planning studies, feasibility studies, design, soil mechanic and foundation, QS, cost, estimation, contract document and construction supervision. HSS provided input for the master plan and infrastructure development of Bandar Sri Permaisuri. This included investigation, design and supervision of all civil and structural works as well as mechanical and electrical works.
