RAIL LINK TO TANJUNG PELEPAS PORT
HSS was commissioned to design and supervise the construction of a new rail link from the existing Keretapi Tanah Melayu Berhad (KTMB) rail line between Senai and Kempas Baru to Pelabuhan Tanjung Pelepas mainly for freight. HSS was responsible for investigations, detailed engineering design and construction supervision of the civil and structural engineering works. This was the first railway project where all the designs were completely undertaken by HSS.
