NAD AL SHABA RACE COURSE, AND MIXED USE DISTRICTS, DUBAI
This project involved the development of 365ha of mixed-use district. It needed the upgrading of the existing racecourse, Nad Al Shaba Racecourse, comprising of additional stables, track configuration and grandstand. HSS produced more than 3500 drawings and had to complete the designs of all infrastructure within 6 months. HSS provided detailed design and supervision of construction for the infrastructure works and utility requirement for the development. This assignment was won on an international bid competing with some of the big international firms from US and Europe.
