M&E SERVICES FOR ECO MAJESTIC, MUKIM BERANANG INTEGRATED MIXED–USE DEVELOPMENT
This is an integrated mixed-use development project that comprises of 1089 acres freehold land located in Semenyih/Beranang with a tagline of “Ecomajestic Is A Wholesome Synthesis of Form and Functionality, Environmentalism and Luxury, Capturing the Easy Contentment of Home.” The development consists of vacant bungalow lots, gated residential, shop lots, commercial plots and apartment buildings. A dedicated interchange off the LEKAS Expressway is also within the development plan. Initially, R&A Associates worked with HSS on this project. The project was fully handled by HSS as it commenced in June 2013, while Precinct 1 and 2 was completed in 2017 and the M&E Infra was fully concluded in 2018.
HSS provided full M&E Engineering consultancy services for building services (Show Unit, actual units, sales gallery & landscape buildings), gated community network and security system, Road Lighting & Traffic Lights (LEKAS Interchange, JKR, Municipal & Internal Roads), TNB infrastructure as well as Telecommunication Infrastructure.
