MADINAT AL–ARAB, MASTERPLAN STUDY
Madinat Al-Arab, ‘City of Million’ is the extension of Palm Jebel Ali (2nd Palm) and it covers approximately 30,000 acres. HSS improved the layout by incorporating a proper traffic circulation because the original plan, would have posed ‘bottlenecks’. HSS did the planning and preliminary design for the infrastructure works and utility requirement for the development.

To generate Preliminary Infrastructure and utility plan to identify the requirements/ demands, loads, utility site locations, utility routing, calculations and allocation of approximate reserves for roads & drainage, electricity, water supply, sewerage & waste water, telecommunication, solid waste, gas supply and district cooling
To generate earthworks quantities & earthworks grading plan
Preliminary junction interchange design and long profile of main roads
