INDEPENDENT AUDIT ON MAXIS’ FIBERISATION TRENCHING WORKS
Medini Iskandar received planning approval for the development of a land area of about 2,360 acres in Nusajaya. It lies within the Iskandar Development Region at the southern part of the state of Johor, Malaysia. On the basis of the initial first cut electricity load forecast, Medini Iskandar has made an application to TNB for power supply to the whole development. However, due to the high contribution fee required by TNB, Medini engaged a third party power supplier to take over the distribution of power in the development. HSS provided independent checking engineering services for original scope, check on technical viability of the-third party proposal based on the original load forecast. The original scope started in March 2012 and ended in July 2012 whereas the extension scope started in July 2012 and ended in February 2014.
