She is the General Manager, Legal for the Group. She is responsible for providing services in the areas of legal, corporate governance and corporate administrative matters within the Group. She graduated with a Bachelor of Laws from King’s College London in 2013. She was called to the Bar of England as a Barrister-at-Law in 2015 and to the Malaysian Bar as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court in 2018.
She also obtained her Master of Science in Management from Birkbeck College, University of London in 2014. She has almost 8 years of experience in legal, commercial, banking and corporate matters. She is also experienced in construction and engineering projects, where she has advised on a spectrum of issues from procurement and construction to contract administration. She began her career in the construction department of Messrs Skrine before joining Messrs Kumar Partnership in 2018, focusing on civil and commercial litigation, and company law. In 2022, she left Messrs Kumar Partnership to join HSS Engineers Berhad. She is the daughter of Tan Sri Ir. Kunasingam A/L V.Sittampalam, the current Executive Vice Chairman and Acting Group Chief Executive Officer of the Company. She does not hold any directorship in public companies or listed issuers and has no conflict of interest with the Group. She also has not been convicted of any offences (other than traffic offences, if any) within the past five (5) years and has not been imposed of any public sanction or penalty by the relevant regulatory bodies during the financial year.
