FEASIBILITY STUDY OF THE PENANG LRT/MONORAIL SYSTEM
With road traffic volumes on the Penang Island growing at a high rate, congestion is an ever-increasing problem. This led to the initiation of studies of a potential Penang LRT/Monorail system, designed to move traffic off the roads. HSS was appointed to undertake traffic dispersal studies and preliminary environmental impact screening of the LRT/Monorail system
