Project Manager

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering with minimum 15 years of working experience.
  • Sufficient working experience in managing infrastructure projects preferably in Project Management Consultancy Services role.
  • Able to lead a team of Senior Engineers & Construction Managers
  • Able to manage multiple project portfolios in various development cycle
  • Good knowledge in project implementation from initiation, planning & design, execution and up to closing phase.
  • Good knowledge in project coordination and value management / value engineering.
  • Has adequate exposure in software such as Microsoft Projects and Primavera.

Senior Engineer

  • Able to manage multiple on-going construction sites in various stages of construction

Principal Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the company’s sustainability strategy, incorporating environmental, social, and economic considerations.
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of our current practices to identify opportunities for improvement and sustainability advancements.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to establish sustainability goals and targets aligned with industry best practices and standards.
  • Implement and monitor sustainable initiatives across various departments, ensuring compliance and measuring performance against defined objectives.
  • Lead efforts to reduce waste, conserve resources, and promote sustainable procurement practices.
  • Drive employee engagement and education programs to enhance sustainability awareness and foster a culture of environmental responsibility.
  • Stay updated on emerging trends, regulations, and advancements in sustainability practices, and provide guidance to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.
  • Prepare sustainability reports, including key performance indicators (KPIs) and progress updates, to communicate achievements and areas for improvement to stakeholders.
  • Engage with external partners, industry associations, and communities to strengthen collaboration and promote sustainable initiatives.

Principal Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar sustainability role, preferably in a corporate or organizational setting.
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of sustainability principles, frameworks, and industry standards.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing sustainability strategies and initiatives.
  • Proven track record in driving sustainability performance and achieving tangible results.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Solid understanding of environmental regulations, compliance requirements, and reporting frameworks (e.g., GRI, FTSE, Bursa Malaysia).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess complex sustainability challenges and develop effective solutions.

Assistant Manager / Senior Executive, Company Secretarial

Principal Responsibilities

  • Preparation and submission of statutory forms under the Companies Act 2016 (“CA 2016”) on a timely basis to ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Ensure compliance of corporate bodies with CA 2016 and provide advice on regulatory requirements of Bursa Malaysia, SC and CCM.
  • Drafting/Submitting announcements to Bursa Malaysia
  • Drafting/reviewing compliance / regulated reports to be included in the Annual Report and the CG Report e.g Board of Directors’ Profile, Corporate Structure, Corporate Information, Senior Management Profile, Corporate Governance overview Statement, ARMC Report, Analysis of Shareholding/Warrant holdings, Notice of AGM together with Proxy Form,
  • Maintain and updating secretarial records of Register of Directors’ Shareholding and Substantial Shareholders.
  • Drafting notices and minutes for Board, Board Committee and EXCO meetings.
  • Drafting resolutions in compliance with the CA 2016.
  • Liaise with Share registrar in relation to Records of Depositors
  • Preparing/Reviewing draft Semi Annual Return and assist to compile all the relevant information by the relevant parties.
  • Monitor the disclosure of Beneficial Ownership of the Company.

Principal Requirements

  • Good exposure in regulatory requirements relating to public listed companies.
  • An LLB (Hons) graduate or an associate member of MAICSA (or other approved bodies) with a Practising Certificate from SSM.
  • Good communication skills and proficiency in spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Matured, proactive, professional, competent and able to lead the secretarial functions within the Group.

Company Secretarial Manager

Principal Responsibilities

  • Act as Company Secretary and Advisor to the Board and Management on company secretarial matters.
  • Organise, plan and coordinate general meetings, board and board committee meetings and management committee meetings for the Group.
  • Prepare and circulate notice, agenda and papers for the said meetings, including coordinating with the relevant departments for the preparation of the papers to be presented.
  • Attend the said meetings and to prepare and circulate minutes and written resolutions.
  • Ensure decisions made during the meetings are disseminated to the respective parties.
  • Monitor compliance with the constitution of the companies, Companies Act, Listing Requirements, Malaysian Code on Corporate Governance, Capital Markets and Services Act and other applicable laws and regulations.
  • Prepare / review statutory forms, announcements, circulars, quarterly report and Annual Report, and ensure the same are filed with the relevant authorities within the stipulated time frame.
  • Ensure statutory records / registers are promptly and accurately updated.
  • Support / coordinate / liaise with internal and external parties on secretarial matters.
  • Act as a liaison person between the Company and the regulatory authorities, such as Bursa Malaysia, SSM and Securities Commission.

Principal Requirements

  • An LLB (Hons) graduate or an associate member of MAICSA (or other approved bodies) with a Practising Certificate from SSM.
  • Minimum 7-10 years of relevant working experience, preferably in a public listed company.
  • Good communication skills and proficiency in spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Matured, proactive, professional, competent and able to lead the secretarial functions within the Group.
