PMC role in the Northern States


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering with minimum 25 years of working experience.
  • Sufficient working experience in managing infrastructure projects preferably in Project Management Consultancy Services role.
  • Reports directly to the Project Director and is able to provide strategic directions and lead a team of Senior Managers, Project Managers & Senior Engineers.
  • Able to manage multiple project portfolios in various development cycle.
  • Good knowledge in project implementation from initiation, planning & design, execution and up to closing phase.
  • Good knowledge in project coordination and value management / value engineering.
  • Has adequate technical expertise in large infrastructure development projects.
  • Has adequate experience in contracts and cost control and able to review & present findings to Client on regular basis.
  • Has adequate exposure in software such as Microsoft Projects and Primavera.
  • Proficient in MS Office with excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Possess a valid CIDB Green Card
